Returns

Love it… or return it! Now with free returns – because we want you to adore every piece of your jewels.

• Returns must be in their original, unworn condition.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and be returned unworn and in the original packaging.
  

• Refunds or store credits are processed within 7–10 days after we receive your package.

• Sale items & custom orders are final sale.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing that it has been received and sent into production. As a small team, we craft most pieces to order, so please allow 2–5 days for your parcel to be shipped. During high-volume periods, it may take longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Most orders are delivered by your local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail. Once delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

We do offer Route Package Protection at checkout as an option. By selecting Route Package Protection and paying an additional fee on top of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.

Route Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1.5-5%* of the cart value if the cart total is over $100.

Duties and Taxes

All international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Warranties + Repairs

Many JLA pieces are handcrafted with care and designed to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

We are happy to assist with repairs for pieces purchased directly from our website. Repairs requested after 6 months may incur a small service fee depending on the repair needed.

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we also offer a Re-plating Promise for eligible plated pieces purchased directly from Jūratė Los Angeles.

Repairs or exchanges may take 2–5 weeks after arriving at our studio.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claims and re-plating services are only authorized for pieces purchased directly from the Jūratė Los Angeles website. Pieces purchased through retailers, wholesale partners, or sold as discounted or sample items are not eligible. All re-plating requests are subject to review and approval by the Jūratė Los Angeles team. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside of our re-plating program.
