To keep your jewelry looking its best and out of the landfill, we offer complimentary re-plating on eligible gold plated Jūratė LA pieces purchased directly from Jūratė Los Angeles.* Think of it as a little refresh for the pieces you reach for again and again.
Customers are responsible for a $19 shipping and handling fee which covers shipping both ways. A return shipping label will be emailed once your re-plating request has been processed.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be re-plated and shipped back once it arrives at our studio.
*Complimentary re-plating is available for gold plated pieces purchased directly from Jūratė Los Angeles. Discounted items, sample pieces, and items not purchased directly from Jūratė Los Angeles are not eligible for complimentary re-plating.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing that it has been received and sent into production. As a small team, we craft most pieces to order, so please allow 2–5 days for your parcel to be shipped. During high-volume periods, it may take longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Most orders are delivered by your local postal service and will arrive with your regular mail. Once delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
We do offer Route Package Protection at checkout as an option. By selecting Route Package Protection and paying an additional fee on top of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.
Route Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1.5-5%* of the cart value if the cart total is over $100.
All international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur with international packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Warranties + Repairs
Many JLA pieces are handcrafted with care and designed to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.
We are happy to assist with repairs for pieces purchased directly from our website. Repairs requested after 6 months may incur a small service fee depending on the repair needed.
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we also offer a Re-plating Promise for eligible plated pieces purchased directly from Jūratė Los Angeles.
Repairs or exchanges may take 2–5 weeks after arriving at our studio.
PLEASE NOTE: Warranty claims and re-plating services are only authorized for pieces purchased directly from the Jūratė Los Angeles website. Pieces purchased through retailers, wholesale partners, or sold as discounted or sample items are not eligible. All re-plating requests are subject to review and approval by the Jūratė Los Angeles team. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside of our re-plating program.
